About Garden of Life
Garden of Life was founded around 2000 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, by Jordan Rubin, built on a whole-food, minimally processed philosophy at a time when most supplements were synthetic isolates. The company grew into one of the best-known names in natural nutrition, with products sold in more than 14,000 health food stores across the U.S. as well as online. In 2017, Garden of Life was acquired by Nestlé Health Science as part of its purchase of Atrium Innovations, adding large-scale manufacturing and quality-testing infrastructure behind the brand's formulas while the company kept its Palm Beach Gardens headquarters and its founding focus on organic, food-based nutrients.
