About Kindred Bravely
Kindred Bravely was founded in 2015 in Oceanside, California, by husband-and-wife team Deeanne and Garret Akerson, after Deeanne struggled to find comfortable, functional breastfeeding pajamas while on maternity leave. What began as a small maternity and nursing apparel line has grown into a full pregnancy-through-postpartum wardrobe brand: nursing and pumping bras, bamboo loungewear, labor and delivery gowns, postpartum underwear, and maternity-specific accessories including the compression socks we reviewed, sold alongside a companion infant line, STORQ Baby.
