American Diagnostic Corporation (ADC) is a medical device manufacturer headquartered in Hauppauge, New York, founded in January 1984 by Marc Blitstein and Neal Weingart. The company began as a direct marketer of emergency medical supplies out of a small storefront in Copiague, New York, moved to West Babylon in 1987, and grew into its current 44,000-square-foot Hauppauge facility by 2008. ADC's product line spans stethoscopes, aneroid and digital blood pressure devices, thermometers, otoscopes, ophthalmoscopes, and complete diagnostic sets, manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality certifications and sold in more than 60 countries.
